We are seeking a Client Relationship Associate to help us expand our land securement portfolio and maintain strong relationships with our existing clients and landowners in the Renewable Energy sector. The Client Relationship Associate will work closely with the Development team on Business Development activities to identify new land for securement and establish contact with prospective landowners to secure property for project development. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in building relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure that land tenure is bankable.
Work closely with the development team on Business Development activities to identify new land for securement.
Establish contact with prospective landowners to secure property for project development.
Collaborate with landowners to establish and maintain positive relationships with neighbors and communities, building a social license to operate.
Create and maintain relationships with existing clients, landowners, and community leaders in new potential project sites.
Work with the Seriti Green Development Team and Legal Counsel to ensure that all required contracts and forms are current, in place, and bankable ahead of the financial close of a project.
Maintain relationships with existing landowners to preserve the social license to operate.
Requirements:
Qualification: Diploma or Degree in a Management-related field.
5+ years of proven experience in client relationship management or a sales related field.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and to be proactive.
Knowledge of land securement and development processes is an asset.
