We succeed when we help our customers grow their businesses, create jobs and power their local communitiesFacebook is seeking a Client Solutions Manager (CSM) to join our Global Marketing Solutions team in SSA. The CSM will work across our key clients within E-commerce, EdTech and FinTech who are operating multi-channel, across countries and across our Facebook platforms.We are looking for a strategic and enthusiastic solution-driver who puts customers at the core of everything. This person has a passion for marketing and business development, and firm belief that the future of marketing is identity-based, data-driven and grounded in measurable outcomes.With proven understanding of online brand and performance marketing on Facebook and Instagram, the CSM is responsible to drive revenue by advising on campaigns on Facebook platforms, negotiating and optimizing the advertising solutions, and use data and analytics to build consultative advice for our customers.The CSM works in close collaboration with a client partner, jointly operating as a strong business team and trusted advisor towards our clients.Success in this position requires a high level of consultative and analytical skills (campaign analytics, dashboarding, ad solution optimization), with focus on client development. The CSM must be solution-oriented, with curiosity and the ability to drive impact in a dynamic, team-focused environment, while moving fast against challenging deadlines. We are looking for an entrepreneurial, yet strategic individual. We look for an ‘enabler’ mentality and the ability to establish strong partnerships with clients and their agencies– both in terms of culture and business outcomes – in a constantly changing environment with high expectations. This position will be based in South Africa reporting into the Head of Digital Natives, SSA for 6 months.
