Job Purpose

• Join our team as a Business Analysis Centre of Excellence Specialist, where you will be instrumental in establishing and maintaining the highest standards of business analysis across the enterprise.
• Your role will involve delivering comprehensive training, methods, and techniques to enhance our business analysis practices.

Job Responsibilities

• Champion the adoption of best-in-class business analysis standards and capabilities within various projects and teams.
• Conduct research and refine methods based on industry trends and best practices.
• Promote continuous improvement and high-quality business analysis deliverables.
• Influence the adoption of business analysis practices and ensure the production of standardized, high-quality outcomes.
• Contribute to the development of training programs, certifications, and competency assessments.
• Mentor and guide Business Analysts to ensure the consistent application of business analysis standards, methods, tools, and techniques.
• Analyze and report on business analysis skills, interventions, tracking progress and continuous improvement efforts.
• Provide executive-level reporting and insights.

Essential Qualifications - NQF Level

• Matric / Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate
• Advanced Diplomas/National 1st Degrees

Preferred Qualification

• IT related bachelor’s degree
• Advanced Diploma in Business Analysis from FTI (including NCBA)
• BA diploma accredited by the IIBA
• SAFe certification is preferable
• IIBA Certified Business Analyst Professional (IIBA CBAP)

Minimum Experience Level

• 8+ years of solid Business Analysis experience
