    Colleague Engagement Representative

    Job Description    

    • Strong analytical skills and problem solving
    •  At least 2-3 years’ experience in a Sales or Marketing environment
    •  Ability and drive to work independently and as a team contributor
    •  Ability to prioritise workload and manage own time in a deadline-driven environment.
    •  Demonstrable track record of driving innovation and implementing change
    •  Excellent content development, presentation and communication skills with an attention to detail
    •  A strong track record in delivering performance driven enablement within a sales organization and coaching the outcomes of these initiatives
    •  Experienced in both virtual and classroom-based training and facilitation
    •  A knowledge of practice success models and how to support these to drive revenue in the function

    Key Responsibilities    

    • recommendations for improvements were identified Work with Regional Sales Leadership, Product Management and Central Enablement to identify enablement requirements in support of new enablement initiatives, programs and events.
    •  Deliver a high-quality enablement journey for all sales colleagues, key to this will be your ability to coach the outcomes of your enablement activities

    •  Define, co-create and deliver learning for sales colleagues including new product launches as well product value updates and refreshers

    •  Acquire and maintain a level of product and process understanding to become knowledgeable on the product portfolio and sales process
    •  Uses agreed-to development tools and follows curriculum design
    •  Meets with sales colleagues to review evaluated skills to assist them in their ongoing professional growth and development.
