As the Commercial Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s financial strategy and ensuring sustainable growth. Reporting directly to the Group FD, you’ll be instrumental in negotiating raw material prices, securing new business, and fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Management, or Cost Accounting.
• 4-5 years of experience in commercial management
• You will show a career progression from a financial role into a commercial role within the manufacturing sector.
• Proven expertise in financial analysis and business process optimisation.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP systems.

Skills Required:

• Strong analytical mindset with a hands-on approach.
• Expertise in business process analysis and IT systems.
• Ability to develop SLAs and assist in contract and tender calculations.
• Project management skills and familiarity with database concepts.
