Community Manager at Huobi Mena

• Manage and help the community by answering questions, redirecting users to right threads and information about Huobi products and services. 
• Share approved content across the social media channels to promote the brand Huobi and focus in image building.
• Grow number of users on the official Huobi social media platforms and communicate with the community by answering questions, solving problems and escalate unanswered queries to the HO.
• Activities should result in user signups on Huobi.
• Manage conversations with the potential customers, across the various communities and moderate forums like Reddit and Bitcointalk
• Communicate with users on any crypto related topics
• Work with the HO marketing team and give inputs about local marketing strategy.
• Suggest important conferences to attend, business and licensing opportunities and changes to the regulatory environment.
• Develop FAQ for the region to make sure that community engagement is given the top priority
• Promote offers, news and achievements on social media channels
• Conduct research and keep a track of opportunities and competition
• Participate in local events and conferences
• Educate potential users by offering demo sessions, attending and organizing events and local conferences.
• Weekly review with the HO to Monitor and report on community engagement and feedback.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of Blockchain technology and cryptocurrency industry
• Strong industry connections
• Must have an existing community and connections and must be able to prove the community size they have
• Motivated, self-driven and a team players
• The ideal CM would be result-oriented, out of the box thinker and a problem solver
• Must be able to Multi-Task and pay attention to details
• Location: Cape Town, South Africa (City is Flexible)
• Language: English
