The Company Secretary is responsible for providing governance, compliance and legal support to the Council and its Committees, ensuring full adherence to applicable legislation, regulations, codes and governance standards.
The role has a dual reporting line: directly accountable to the Chairperson of the Council on all governance and statutory matters, and administratively (dotted reporting) to the CEO for operational alignment.
