    Company Secretary

    • Lexdan Select is assisting a multinational energy business with their search for an Assistant Company Secretary. The role is based in Cape Town.

    Salary: R650 000 - R920 000 p.a
    The Assistant Company Secretary role requires:

    • a degree, preferably in law / or post qualification in compliance
    • minimum 5 year experience as a company secretary
    • experience with complex structures
    • experience in a business with multiple subsidiaries
    • precision and attention to detail

    The role will focus on:

    • working with the Group Company Secretary who is based abroad
    • assisting with Board and Committee meetings
    • oversight of over 50 subsidiaries, based in multiple different countries
    • Maintaining corporate records
    • Supporting with statutory compliance
