Compliance Specialist

A day in the life of a Compliance Specialist:
- Be the subject matter expert on all compliance requirements (Legal, Food safety and Nestle norms) by product group for Co-Manufacturing
- Ensure that monitoring schemes incudes all up-to-date compliance requirements and are implemented.
- Review monitoring data for finished products, ingredients and packaging materials against set requirements.
- Reviews Co Manufacturing factory laboratory quality systems and alerts the Factory Quality Manager on any discrepancies.
- Audit the Co Manufacturing factory laboratory's quality system and maintains all documents pertaining to the system.
- Updates compliance requirements based on relevant market changes.
- Ensure the launch of new products, which are compliant with norms.
- Document compliance requirements (ISO standards) and results
- Implement an effective Net Content Management (NCM) system to ensure compliance with the regulations of all selling markets
What will make you successful?
- Diploma/Degree in Microbiology, Chemistry or Quality Management
- 3 years’ experience in similar role within FMCG
- In-depth knowledge of ISO 22000 & ISO 17025
- SAP Knowledge
- Knowledge and experience in application of problem-solving tools
