JOB DESCRIPTION

To provide a high level of service to Customers and Stakeholders, Standard Bank Insurance Broker provincial offices, Standard Bank South Africa branches, Underwriters by resolving insurance policy queries on products according to business needs, to facilitate the development of customer loyalty through customer relationship management and to consistently portray a corporate image.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Matric/National Certificate mandatory
• Regulatory exam for Representatives 
• An NQF level 4 or 5 qualification recognised by the FSB.
• FAIS Qualification – 120 relevant credits specific to subcategory 

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years insurance industry experience 
• Minimum of 2 years call centre/telephone experience
