    Consumer Advisor

    Coloplast has an exciting opportunity for a motivated, committed, and collaborative individual who is inspired by working together with a call team for improved consumer outcomes.

    Coloplast is a leading MedTech company, and we develop products and services that make life easier for people with intimate healthcare needs. We have embarked on a consumer journey to get even closer to the consumers of our products – and to do this we intend to become more present and accessible in the new virtual way of delivering services and support. As a Consumer Advisor, you will support our consumers to improve their quality of life through scheduled and on demand clinical assessments, advice and recommendations.  You will do this in conjunction with the Consumer Care call specialist team and whilst working closely with Coloplast’s Nursing team. Join us now to help make life easier for people with intimate healthcare needs.

    When joining Coloplast you will enter a truly global company that offers great challenges, opportunities, and rewards. Reporting to the Consumer Care Lead, you will be situated in our Sandton based office, together with the local HQ team.

    Your key responsibilities

    • Conduct virtual consultation for clinical recommendations
    • Provide services as required at the office-based clinic
    • Provide education on ostomy and continence products, and care routines to current and potential users
    • Refer face-to-face consultations to Coloplast nurses
    • Support case management with renewal of scripts and updated PMB forms
    • Provide Consumer team with relevant insights learned from consumer interactions
    • Review clinical competencies of the consumer team and support upskilling accordingly
    • Define escalation protocols and other key tools for improved value proposition to users

    Professional qualifications

    We are looking for a consumer-centric nurse who enjoys working in a call centre environment

    • Registered Nurse with a bachelor’s degree
    • Working experience in medical trainings – in pharma, healthcare, or medical devices – is advantageous
    • Must permanently reside in or near Johannesburg
