Purpose Statement
To contribute towards the effective functioning and governance of the Retail Collections and Recoveries department through:
Experience
Minimum:
2 - 4 years office and administrative experience within a similar environment, including software and system exposure.
Experience working in a Credit environment.
Experience in providing customer/client relationship services.
Ideal:
Qualifications (Minimum)
Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational
Qualifications (Ideal or Preferred)
A relevant tertiary qualification in Banking or Finance
