    Team Leader: Talent Sourcing (Technology)

    About the role

    To lead and guide a team of specialists in the Talent Sourcing Centre who support business units across Technology and Data for the bank. This will involve supplying and sourcing the right talent (niche and specialist skills sets) in line with the agreed targets and objectives.

    This role would be well suited to a someone who:

    • Has high energy and enthusiasm, which inspires those around you. Naturally supporting with building partnerships with your stakeholders at all organizational levels.
    • Recognises the importance of being effective at planning, communicating and organising- this helps you to lead the team and execute end-to-end Talent Sourcing initiatives and strategies to support current recruiting demands as well as proactive candidate pipelines.
    • Attain maximum sourcing efficiencies within a dedicated client segment or skills workstream, by leveraging market research / insights, technology and networks or communities.

    Our Ideal candidate

    • A relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources or Commerce
    • Previous working experience in a Recruitment Agency environment
    • Experience in strategic or executive sourcing strategies
    • 5 - 7 years’ proven experience in end-to-end Tech talent sourcing at all organisational levels (inclusive of management and senior management recruitment) in an innovation and retail environment.

    In addition, proven experience in:

    • Appropriate proactive sourcing techniques
    • Developing and implementing a proactive resource and talent attraction plan
    • Recruitment and Selection processes and techniques
    • Sound data analytics and reporting experience
    • Leadership or supervisory experience
    • Experience working on SAP Success Factors
    • Advanced Excel experience

    Business Banker-Gauteng West

    Purpose Statement

    • To provide a business centre-based Business Banking sales and service function that will retain and grow a portfolio of business clients by identifying and implementing value adding and specialised business banking financial products solutions from a range of standard and/or customized offerings.

    Experience

    Minimum:

    • Banking experience of at least 3 years
    • Experience of managing a portfolio of business customers with a service and financial analysis focus.
    • Experience in preparing and motivating Credit applications 
    • Cost control and sales management 

    Ideal:

    Delivery Lead: Client Onboarding & Optimisation

    Purpose Statement

    • To provide direction to and lead teams responsible for the full delivery lifecycle to ensure successful delivery of all product features, support and maintenance related tasks within the Capitec Bank Client Onboarding & Optimisation Team.
    • Oversee the ongoing drive to increase efficiency, optimisation, innovation and people development in these environments.

    Experience

    Minimum:

    • At least 5 years’ experience in software development management including experience in leading a technical team.
    • Experience in progressive database or software development roles
    • Stakeholder relationship engagement and management
    • Responsibility for delivery in a fast moving environment

    Coordinator: Collections and Recoveries

    Purpose Statement

    To contribute towards the effective functioning and governance of the Retail Collections and Recoveries department through:

    • Taking ownership for coordinating administrative processes for the Retail Collections and Recoveries team.
    • Aligning Collections and Recoveries actions originating from various committees to ensure effective co-ordination between the Retail Credit Department and Business Support Centre. 
    • Coordinating the delivery of people related objectives within the Collections and Recoveries department.

    Experience

    Minimum:

    2 - 4 years office and administrative experience within a similar environment, including software and system exposure.
    Experience working in a Credit environment.
    Experience in providing customer/client relationship services. 
     

    Ideal:

    • 4+ years office and administrative experience within a similar environment, including software and system exposure
    • Previous experience in project coordination. 
    • Experience with working on office systems (SAP / Jira / etc.)

    Data Centre Engineer

    Purpose Statement

    • Responsible for maintaining the infrastructure integrity during planned/unplanned maintenance.
    • Daily plant checks.
    • Responsible for installs, moves and changes according to an approved set of standards.
    • Update processes, procedures and knowledge base documentation.
    • Liaise with other support teams to ensure uptime maximization and delivery of high-quality services.

    Experience

    Min:

    • 2 years’ experience within an IT environment
    • Proven experience in the Data Centre environment
