    Team Leader: Talent Sourcing (Technology)

    About the role

    To lead and guide a team of specialists in the Talent Sourcing Centre who support business units across Technology and Data for the bank. This will involve supplying and sourcing the right talent (niche and specialist skills sets) in line with the agreed targets and objectives.

    This role would be well suited to a someone who:

    • Has a positive and curious mindset, which helps navigate an environment of constant change. No challenge is too daunting, solutioning excites you.
    • Has high energy and enthusiasm, which inspires those around you. Naturally supporting with building partnerships with your stakeholders at all organizational levels.
    • Recognises the importance of being effective at planning, communicating and organising- this helps you to lead the team and execute end-to-end Talent Sourcing initiatives and strategies to support current recruiting demands as well as proactive candidate pipelines.
    • Attain maximum sourcing efficiencies within a dedicated client segment or skills workstream, by leveraging market research / insights, technology and networks or communities.
    • Has a passion for delivery. We consistently prioritise and focus to deliver value to our stakeholders.

    Our Ideal candidate

    • A relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources or Commerce
    • Previous working experience in a Recruitment Agency environment
    • Experience in strategic or executive sourcing strategies
    • 5 - 7 years’ proven experience in end-to-end Tech talent sourcing at all organisational levels (inclusive of management and senior management recruitment) in an innovation and retail environment.

    In addition, proven experience in:

    • Appropriate proactive sourcing techniques
    • Developing and implementing a proactive resource and talent attraction plan
    • Recruitment and Selection processes and techniques
    • Sound data analytics and reporting experience
    • Leadership or supervisory experience
    • Experience working on SAP Success Factors
    • Advanced Excel experience
