Key Responsibilities:
Taking part in creative brainstorming sessions.
Exploring ideas and copy directions based on cultural insights.
Conceptualizing and writing copy for digital and social media campaigns.
Translating ideas into unique and relevant messaging.
Handling copy from taglines and key messaging, to tactical and promotion focused copy.
Writing social media captions and push notifications.
Managing push notification and electronic emailers for Southern Africa market. Setting these up on Huawei system and reporting on performances.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Creative thinking combined with strong communication skills
Fluency in English and other SSA regional languages is a plus.
Self-motivated team-player
3-5 years of relevant experience, either in an agency or in-house, preferably with digital campaigns.
BA/BSc or higher education qualification in copywriting and/or languages.
Experience in writing for social media campaigns (messaging + captions).
Passion for Gaming, sports, film, entertainment fields is a plus.
