    Costing and Warranty Clerk - Rola Multifranchise

    Job Advert Summary    

    We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Automotive Costing and Warranty Clerk to join our team.  You will play a vital role in ensuring accurate and efficient management of cost analysis and warranty claims. You will collaborate closely with various departments to track costs, analyze expenses, and manage warranty claims to ensure customer satisfaction and uphold our commitment to excellence.

    The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the automotive industry, with a strong understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures. You should possess excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, you should have a positive attitude, be detail-oriented, and have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

    Minimum Requirements    

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Proven experience in automotive costing, warranty administration, or related roles.
    • Strong mathematical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication skills to interact with various departments, suppliers, and customers.
    • Knowledge of automotive industry warranty policies and procedures is a plus.
    • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
    • Strong organizational skills and problem-solving abilities.
    • Proficient in computer applications and software

    Duties and Responsibilities    

    • Costing and claiming of job cards as per manufacturers systems requirements and standards
    • Remain fully compliant and up to date with the manufacturer online warranty and training manual
    • Utilising manufacturers systems to facilitate costing and claims
    • Review all warranty claims and administer accordingly
    • Ensure customer satisfaction and ensure compliance to all warranty specifications.
    • Monitor defective products and withdraw specific batch of products if required.
    • Manage all warranty claims, resubmit claims if required and ensure appropriate action.
    • Coordinate with account departments and settle all warranty claims
