Job Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Complete the accounts payable function
• Reconciling accounts
• Processing of supplier invoices
• Correct allocations of transactions per GL coding
• Verification of supplier documents including delivery notes, GRV’s and tax invoices
• Prepare supplier payments per credit terms
• Reconciling of supplier accounts
• Resolution of all outstanding items on supplier reconciliation
• Sending proof of payments to suppliers
• Ensuring the supplier age analysis is accurate and updated

REQUIREMENTS: 

• 3 Years’ experience in a similar role (FMCG experience would be advantageous)
• Degree or a Diploma in Finance
• Sound understanding of the accounts payable function and a hands-on approach
• Experience with Pastel Evolution
• Ability to communicate effectively
