Creditors Clerk St Georges Preparatory School at Curro Holdings Ltd

What are we looking for?

We are looking for someone with the following experience, qualifications and /or skillsets:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a creditors clerk.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in procurement processes.
• Solid references.
• Basic experience in MicroSoft applications a must.
• Working experience in Dynamics will be an advantage.

The responsibilities are:

• Daily processing of creditors.
• Actively involved in managing the schools’ budget.
• Ensuring correct allocations.
• Preparing reconciliations and payments.
• Assist staff to follow company policies and procedures relating to procurement.
• Assist with ad hoc duties in the finance department.
• Assistance with any other school function as requested by the Executive Head.
