DUTIES:

• Deliver personalized solutions that inspire a passion for travel with the goal to make lasting impressions on a hospitality customer base at every interaction.
• First point of contact to customers in the US and Canada, taking inbound calls and engaging directly with guests as a specialist in sales and reservations.
• Understand customer needs
• Ask questions to ascertain the root cause of the issue
• Effectively use tools to respond to customer inquiries, including reservations requests, provide account/ promotional information, handle service / stay related concerns or complaints
