Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, providing prompt and professional assistance (Front desk, telephonically and written communication)
Process orders, invoices, and other administrative tasks efficiently
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary to ensure satisfaction

Matric
Proven experience in a customer service / administrative role
Highly motivated with a proactive, can-do attitude
Customer service-oriented with exceptional communication skills
Fluency in English and Afrikaans
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general office systems
Reliable, sincere, and approachable personality
