    Sales Representative

    Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    • Drive sales of high-pressure cleaning equipment to meet and exceed targets
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory
    • Provide product demonstrations and technical support to customers
    • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement effective sales strategies

    Criteria:

    • Matric
    • Accreditation in Sales & Marketing will be an advantage
    • Experience in sales of capital equipment and after-sales accessories and servicing of existing customers in wine, solar and related industries
    • Highly motivated and results-driven individual
    • Strong sales acumen with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets
    • Fluency in English and Afrikaans
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
    • Self-starter with good organizational and time management skills
    • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required

    Assistant Accountant (SAICA / SAIPA Accredited)

    Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    • Full support to the Chief Executive Officer
    • Banking
    • Stock Management
    • Financial reporting

    Criteria:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
    • Completion of SAICA articles by the end of 2024
    • At least 1-3 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in the agricultural or FMCG sector
    • Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations
    • Experience with financial reporting, tax submissions, and auditing processes
    • Proficiency in accounting software with excellent computer skills and ADVANCED Excel skills

    Customer Service Administrator

    Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    • Support to the Sales Team is the core function
    • Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, providing prompt and professional assistance (Front desk, telephonically and written communication)
    • Process orders, invoices, and other administrative tasks efficiently
    • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

    Service Technician: High Pressure Cleaning Equipment

    Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    • Perform repairs, maintenance, and servicing of high-pressure cleaning equipment
    • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure minimal downtime
    • Provide excellent customer service and technical support to clients
    • Manage inventory of spare parts and maintain accurate service records

    Criteria:

    • Matric or similar certification
    • A proven track-record in a similar technical role (I water purification, solar, compressor repair industry)
    • Technical aptitude or experience with equipment repairs
    • Highly motivated with a hands-on, can-do attitude
    • Customer service-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
    • Fluency in English and Afrikaans
    • Excellent problem-solving and time-management skills
    • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for on-site service calls
    • Reliable, sincere, and approachable personality
