    Customer Service Advisor

    About the Job

    What you'll be doing:

    • Establishing customers' needs and resolving problems and queries
    • Upselling and recommending products and services
    • Timely and accurate resolution of customer problems
    • Promoting client products, services, and solutions
    • Processing payment information with high security and integrity

    What you'll need:

    • Matric qualification
    • Availability to work US hour shifts (5pm - 4am)
    • Excellent English verbal communication skills
    • At least 12 months’ experience in a contact centre
    • Experience working on an international campaign (Preferred)
    • Extensive understanding of the telecommunications industry
    • Ability to troubleshoot and find effective resolutions
    • Sales through service ability
