    Customer Service Manager

    The purpose of this position is to act as

    • Subject Matter Expert (SME) on internal controls & compliance for the Customer Service Organization;
    • Process Expert within the Customer Service Organization, to proactively share knowledge and to train CS team members on complex service or order management issues, and to identify and implement improvement opportunities to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction;
    • Expert in leading projects, knowledgeable in the overall Customer Service systems, tools and processes, including SME roles with the following objectives:
    • be the Customer Service Compliance and Process Improvement expert with best know-how and experience in all Customer Service customer facing as well as related internal processes;
    • drive internal control compliance of processes and operational activities in close collaboration with CS leadership;
    • leverages best-practices in given functional area with global counterparts.

    Key Responsibilities
    Internal Controls / Compliance

    • Identify exposure for internal control deviations or non-compliance in work process and role assignments (segregation of duty) and evaluate for improvements and standardization of compliance activities and methodologies;
    • Interacts with other SME or CS teams cross-regionally to promote internal controls compliance experiences, ideas and identify best practices for possible leveraging;
    • Act as coordinator for Internal and External Audit activities in CS.

    OTC Work Process Excellence
    In close collaboration with CS Manager Order to Cash Work Processes & Metrics:

    • Expert in Order to Cash work processes required for effective and efficient order management & customer satisfaction
    • Customer Service Focal Point for implementation of new or enhanced OTC processes
    • Ensure OTC processes are documented & aligned with corporate standards
    • Coach and train new / existing CSRs on OTC processes
    • Assist in identifying team member training requirements, tools and improvement opportunities and escalate to the Customer Service Leads as appropriate. Train staff in subject area as required.
    • Perform work process assessments, and audits (ISO, SOX and Corporate) on team members as appropriate
