Customer Support Agent at ifm electronic (Pty) LTD

Responsibilities

• Receive, load and process orders on CRM and BAAN
• Maintaining and updating information on CRM and BAAN
• Generate and follow-up on quotes
• Responsible for timeous response to web mail-based request for quotes, orders and other enquiries
• Handle customer queries on back orders, delivery dates, wrong deliveries and addresses, price and availability of stock items
• Identify, research and resolve customer issues
• Liaise with various departments (stores, finance, sales) to develop solutions that best suit customer needs
• Invoicing of daily orders
• Invoicing of shipments
• Telephonic and email support to customers
• Telephonic and email support to sales department
• Responsible for information updates on CRM and BAAN
• Assist with administrative functions when necessary
• Assist with stock-takes
