About the job
Design and optimise customer acquisition and lead conversion strategies to deliver new customers at an efficient cost.
Use analytics to segment the existing customer base – and design strategies to increase spend in the targeted segments.
Work with the Payflex data, product and marketing teams to execute, measure and improve the performance of the CVM strategies.
Manage the leads database – and understand the flow and attrition of leads through the Payflex products and channels.
Optimise the product and channels to increase leads quality and limit attrition.
Drive x-sell of new products to customers and merchants through effective CVM strategies.
