Description
- Assisting with fleet administration, insurance administration and assistance with assets registration.
- Act as proxy for licensing and ensure payment of traffic fines.
- Compile transport report.
- Cleaning of vehicle and monitor use of vehicles.
- Issue out vehicles booking and issuing book km’s against projects.
- Pre and post inspections of vehicles.
- Assisting in capturing of vehicle log sheets.
- Booking vehicles for service and repairs.
- Ensure OHS Acts regulations.
Requirements
- Grade 12
- 3-5 years’ experience in fleet administration.
- Valid Code B (08) Driver’s licence.
- Computer literacy with proficiency with MS Office suite.
- Good communication skills (verbal and written).
