Your Role and Responsibilities
IBM is looking for a seasoned software sales leader to manage a team of +10 sales representatives. This is a highly strategic position for someone to drive an end-to-end solution from ideation to operationalizing the solution working closely with technical resources, services, and channel partner teams. This role requires leadership to be ambidextrous and provide business value interacting with clients while being able to adequately deep dive, into our software portfolio solutions that IBM offers.
You will serve as a trusted advisor to help clients accelerate their adoption of IBM’s Data and Automation capabilities. Your responsibilities will include client engagement, partnership across brand, channel partners and industry sales teams, driving sales execution. In addition, you will engage with other solution experts, channel partners and professional services to drive large and highly complex sales opportunities to closure.
