Data Capturer (Ehlanzeni) at Right to Care

Description

• Right to Care is recruiting Data Capturers (X7) within Ehlanzeni District.

Capturing of HIV patient data

• Capture all relevant patient data on site on Tier.net
• Reach daily targets for number of files captured and/or updated, as agreed upon with Line Managers.
• Respect patient confidentiality at all times.
• Assist clerks during unexpected staff shortages for brief periods of time
• Compile routine statistical information/reports.
• Receive, register and track records or documents submitted for further processing in the administration component of the institution.
• Capture routine transactions on the system such as the transfer of information from manual records to electronic documents.
• Provide routine and administrative maintenance services
• Update and file records.
• Continuous updating of information on the for reporting purposes.

Requirements

Required Minimum Qualifications and Experience

• Matric
• Post-matric certificate in computer literacy Including Excel, OR equivalent experience,
• Basic knowledge of HIV/AIDS
• 1-year experience in data capturing

Desirable Qualifications and Experience

• Post-matric diploma in computer literacy Including Excel, OR equivalent experience
• 2 years’ experience in data capturing
