Data & Retention Manager at Hire Resolve

Job Description

• We are looking for an experienced Data & Retention Manager to take ownership of customer data strategy, analytics, CRM, email operations and marketing automation.
• This role will use data-driven insights to improve customer retention, engagement, lifetime value and commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the customer data and analytics strategy.
• Drive customer segmentation, LTV, cohort analysis and customer journey tracking.
• Analyse customer behaviour, retention and commercial performance.
• Lead pricing, margin and promotional analytics, including price elasticity.
• Own dashboards, reporting and regular data review sessions.
• Manage the email marketing calendar and campaign deployments.
• Develop and optimise automated customer journeys, including:
• Welcome journeys
• Post-purchase
• Re-engagement
• Win-back
• Loyalty
• Browse abandonment
• Manage CRM and marketing automation platforms.
• Act as the key point of contact for external CRM partners/agencies.
• Use AI and advanced analytics tools to improve insights and decision-making.
• Work closely with Marketing and Commercial teams to translate data into actionable strategies.

Requirements

• 4+ years’ experience in data analytics, customer analytics, marketing analytics, CRM or a related field.
• Strong experience in customer segmentation, lifecycle and retention analytics.
• Advanced experience with dashboards, reporting and data analysis.
• Strong knowledge of email marketing and marketing automation.
• Experience with SQL or a similar data-querying language.
• Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
• Experience using AI tools within analytics and business intelligence.
• Degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Marketing Analytics or a related field, or equivalent experience.
