Reporting to: Store Manager
Purpose:
The purpose of this job is to ensure the smooth running of the department, through weekly evaluations and reporting it to the Manager of the department. This is to ensure that sales targets are met and that housekeeping standards are maintained, in addition providing excellent customer service ensuring customer satisfaction. This will include overseeing all staff and the productivity of the department resulting in promoting the business therefore creating sustainable growth and profit margins.
