Deputy Campus Head- Johannesburg (Talent Pool) at ADvTECH

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE JOB

• To ensure the professional general management and excellent performance of Capsicum Culinary Studio’s campuses in terms of its facilities, staff, sales, overall finances and student service delivery.

KEY RESULT AREAS

• Implement the national sales strategy and achieve branch sales targets (40%)
• Management of Income and expenditure as well as Debtors management (20%)
• Management of System Administration and facilities in and around the campus (10%)
• To comply with accrediting bodies and have a high standard of quality and excellence (15%)
• Manage performance of Branch staff (5%)
• Ensure the Company/Branch Social Responsibility initiatives are supported (5%)
• Implement the Customer Relationship Management Strategy at the campus (5%)

JOB SPECIFICATION (Requirements necessary to conduct the job successfully)

EDUCATION: Business Management / Sales & marketing Degree

LEGAL REQUIREMENTS, CERTIFICATES, LICENCES, REGISTRATIONS

• TRAINING: Management and Leadership, Computer Literate, Interpersonal skills
• Attend seminars, business school courses to keep up with developments in area of specialty

EXPERIENCE: (The career path one should ideally follow before reaching the present position)

• At least 3 - 5 years experience in branch management activities of a small to middle size company
