    Overall Purpose of the Job:

    Key Performance Areas/Main Outputs and Responsibilities:
    Output 1 - Cash and Bank Management:

    Debtors Controller

    Overall Purpose of the Job: 

    • The Accounts Receivable Controller is responsible for building a positive relationship with both internal and external customer, to receive payments timeously and reduce bad debt. The Controller is responsible for collections on all outstanding accounts, investigating queries on student accounts and providing information to the relevant internal departments to ensure that these corrections are processed timeously and accurately.

    MUST HAVE COLLECTIONS EXPERIENCE

    Experience Requirements:

    Senior Customer Relations Officer

    Overall Purpose of the Job

    • Under the supervision of the Head: Academic Operations and the Deputy Head: Academic Operations, the Senior Customer Relations Officer is responsible for ensuring that all student queries related to all aspects of the student experience are dealt with timeously and effectively by the Customer Relations Centre in line with the agreed Service Level Agreement for the Centre.  This includes monitoring the customer satisfaction survey results to ensure that the Centre is performing to the required standards, as well as identifying trends and escalating them accordingly.     Teaching and Learning Manager (Capsicum)

    Overall Purpose of the Job:

    • The Independent Institute of Education’s Central Academic Team is responsible for the academic leadership and governance of the work done at the brands while each brand is managed as a business entity by its own divisional management team. The IIE, as registered provider has ultimate responsibility for registration, curriculum delivery, assessment and certification of all education on these sites as well as for relationships with external partners particularly in the regulatory and accreditation arena.
    • The Teaching and Learning Manager/ Specialist will focus on improving the skills and abilities of the academics responsible for curricula and learning material and assessments – in the central academic team and those contracted to develop curriculum and learning material outside of the central team and within the brands. The person will assist with curriculum development quality assurance for new qualifications for accreditation and related activities. This is a training, mentoring, policy and procedure development role with a quality improvement focus.

    Responsibilities:
