Grade 12 plus an appropriate undergraduate (NQF level 6) qualification in Human Resource Management, Public Management/ Administration or equivalent qualification as recognized by SAQA.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in human resource management of which 3 years must have been at an Assistant Director level. PERSAL Training Certificate/ Results. A valid driver’s license (with the exception of people with disabilities).
DUTIES :
Manage and provide all functions relating to corporate services at the district as per departmental strategic objectives. Management of Human Resource Services. Management of Human Resource Development Transformation Services.
Management of Facilities and Record Management. Manage and utilise resources (financial, human and physical) in accordance with relevant directives and Legislation.
