The successful candidate must have:-

• Sound knowledge and understanding of the Labour Relations Act; Public Service Act and Regulations; Collective Agreements; Bargaining Structures and Departmental policies; Negotiations skills; Dispute resolution skills; Facilitation skills; Good communication skills (verbal & written) with other Government organisations, Private sector and Organised Labour; Good computer literacy in MS Office and a valid driver’s licence.
