An NQF level 6 qualification as recognized by SAQA in Labour Relations/ Labour Law/ LLB; A minimum of 3 years’ experience in Labour Relations environment at managerial (Assistant Director) level; Knowledge of Basic Condition of Employment Act (BCEA), Labour Relations Act, Employment Equity Act (EEA), relevant labour laws policies and procedures;
Knowledge and understanding of the Public Service statutory frameworks: Financial Management and regulatory framework/guidelines, Public Service Act, Public Service Regulations, Treasury Regulations, the Public Finance Management Act, Government initiatives and decisions.
