A qualification at NQF 6 as recognized by the South African Qualifications Authority (SAQA) in Public Administration/ Business Administration/Public Management/Business Management/ Human Resources Management.
Five (5) years’ experience of which two (2) years at an Assistant Director level and three (3) years functional experience in Human Resources and Financial services.
DUTIES :
Manage the implementation of proper financial administration in the PES HQ. Manage the Implementation on procurement of goods and services and proper recording of PES assets in HQ.
Manage the implementation of Human Resources Policies in PES HQ. Manage proper implementation of performance management system in the Branch PES.
Monitor the implementation of staff capacity building process in the Public Employment services HQ. Manage staff and other resources in the Sub-Directorate.
