Three (3) year National Diploma (NQF6)/ Undergraduate Bachelor Degree (NQF7) in Management Services/ Organization and Work Study/ Work Study/ Industrial Engineering/ Operations Management/ Production Management/ Industrial and Organizational Psychology. Valid driver’s license.
Five (5) years’ experience of which two (2) at Assistant Director Level and three (3) years functional experience in Organizational development.
DUTIES :
Manage organizational design processes and activities for improvement and maintenance of the organization structure within the Department.
Manage the development and reviewal of Job Profiles. Manage the Job Evaluation processes.
Manage and coordinate processes and interventions for Business Process Improvement.
Manage and coordinate change management processes and culture surveys in the Department. Manage all resources of the Sub-Directorate.
