    Digital Marketing Manager

    About the role

    • We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager that will develop, implement, lead, track and optimize our digital marketing campaign strategies that promote Makosi services across all digital marketing channels from concept to execution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for everything from conceptualising campaigns to executing them, working with our existing technology stack to ensure integration and best practices as well as establishing a reliable reporting structure to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts.     Your Daily Adventures Will Include:

    • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns
    • Managing the website and collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
    • CRM admin and MAP admin Hubspot experience preferred
    • Lead the development and integration of webinar campaigns, manage and lead SEO strategy and omni-channel tech integration, and brainstorm new growth strategies
    • Manage, plan, and lead all digital campaign execution and workflows
    • Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, assessing them against goals (ROI and KPIs).
    • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on these insights.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages, optimizing the user experience.
    • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate the end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
    • Manage 3rd party relationships with agencies and other vendor partners.
    • Evaluate innovative technologies and provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
    • Proven track record of at least 5 years in managing successful digital marketing campaigns
    • Expertise in various social media platforms, their best practices, and website analytics
    • Strong experience in leading and managing digital channels
    • In-depth knowledge of website analytics tools and website CMS systems
    • Proficiency in optimizing landing pages and user funnels, as well as conducting A/B and multivariate experiments
    • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns
    • Highly analytical with a data-driven approach to decision-making
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners
