    Digital Marketing Manager

    About the role

    • We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager that will develop, implement, lead, track and optimize our digital marketing campaign strategies that promote Makosi services across all digital marketing channels from concept to execution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for everything from conceptualising campaigns to executing them, working with our existing technology stack to ensure integration and best practices as well as establishing a reliable reporting structure to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts.     Your Daily Adventures Will Include:

    • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns
    • Managing the website and collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
    • CRM admin and MAP admin Hubspot experience preferred
    • Lead the development and integration of webinar campaigns, manage and lead SEO strategy and omni-channel tech integration, and brainstorm new growth strategies
    • Manage, plan, and lead all digital campaign execution and workflows
    • Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, assessing them against goals (ROI and KPIs).
    • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on these insights.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages, optimizing the user experience.
    • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate the end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
    • Manage 3rd party relationships with agencies and other vendor partners.
    • Evaluate innovative technologies and provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
    • Proven track record of at least 5 years in managing successful digital marketing campaigns
    • Expertise in various social media platforms, their best practices, and website analytics
    • Strong experience in leading and managing digital channels
    • In-depth knowledge of website analytics tools and website CMS systems
    • Proficiency in optimizing landing pages and user funnels, as well as conducting A/B and multivariate experiments
    • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns
    • Highly analytical with a data-driven approach to decision-making
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners

    Creative Copywriter

    About the role

Our ideal candidate is a collaborator and imaginative writer with a keen eye for detail. You will work closely with Makosi's key stakeholders to fully understand project requirements, create content tailored to the needs of our audience, participate in brainstorming sessions, and conduct research to develop or support written materials.     • Developing and refining original copy that is both accurate and thoroughly researched, while also meeting the needs and deadlines of clients or the company.
    • Engaging with both internal and external parties to gain insights on their areas of expertise and creating copywriting briefs to fully comprehend project requirements.
    • Collaborating closely with key stakeholders such as designers, marketing, and leadership on both large and small-scale marketing initiatives.
    • Conducting in-depth research, both qualitative and quantitative, to generate innovative ideas and insights.
    • Proofreading and editing copy as necessary and collaborating with the creative team to brainstorm visual concepts.
    • Implementing SEO principles to optimize the reach of copy.

    Requirements:

    • A minimum of 5 years' experience as a copywriter or in a related role.
    • A degree in English, journalism, communications, marketing, or a related field.
    • Expertise in developing written content across various formats, including websites, marketing email campaigns, sales sequence campaigns, social campaigns, newsletters, PR, blog posts, whitepapers, info sheets, sales materials, event materials, presentation content, and video scripts.
    • Knowledge of online content strategy and creation, as well as experience with SEO.
    • Strong research skills, combined with excellent writing, editing, and proofreading abilities.

    • Possess a strong understanding of the company's products and services.
    • Effectively communicate and review final layouts and designs with stakeholders to ensure alignment with project objectives.
    • Create a broad range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations, while consistently delivering exceptional creative work.
    • Deliver exceptional creative consistently to committed deadlines and time constraints

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in creative design work
    • Relevant degree in graphic design or a related field
    • Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
    • Proficiency in vector illustration is a must-have skill
    • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
    • Knowledge of motion graphics production
    • Solid understanding of digital and social media platforms
    • Able to work within brand guidelines and maintain consistency
    • Ability to self-manage and collaborate effectively within a team
    • Excellent communication, conceptual thinking, and design skills
    • High standards of execution, with exceptional attention to detail and craftsmanship
