We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team full-time, in-office. The ideal candidate is passionate about digital marketing and will be responsible for developing, executing, and managing our overall digital marketing strategy. A deep understanding of all digital marketing functions is essential. In this role, you will lead a team of digital marketing professionals and collaborate closely with other departments to ensure all digital initiatives align with the company’s objectives.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy, incorporating SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and other digital channels.
Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, providing guidance and support as needed.
Collaborate with sales, product, and content teams to ensure alignment between digital marketing efforts and company goals.
Monitor, analyze, and optimize digital marketing campaigns to improve performance and ROI.
Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, sharing insights with the team.
Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring all campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
Identify new growth opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on strategy development and management.
Extensive knowledge of all digital marketing functions, with hands-on experience in each role.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful multi-channel digital marketing campaigns.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working cross-functionally.
Expertise in SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and other digital marketing channels.
Experience managing budgets and delivering campaigns on time and within budget.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
