Proven experience in Strategic capability and leadership, People Management and empowerment, Programme and project management, Planning and Organising Skills, Financial Management, Change management, Computer literacy, Communication and presentation, Report writing, Analytical thinking and decision making, Able to interpret and apply policies. Knowledge in Security Management Prescripts, Human Resource Management, Public Service prescripts, and Minimum Information Security Standards (MISS)
REQUIREMENTS
An appropriateBachelor’s Degree or equivalent Level 7 in Security Management/Policing (NQF level 7) and any other related related fields.
A minimum of five (5) years of experience at middle/senior managerial level.
Experience in the fields of security management, vetting and/or protocol services would be an added advantage. .
