What you'll do

• You will report to Senior Manager Software Dev to contribute toward building on excellent language and interpersonal skills through exposure to technical communications tools and methodologies in a dynamic, global telecommunications organization
• You will work with subject matter experts to develop and maintain content
• You will follow documentation standards and style guidelines
• You will proof read and edit previously written material
• You will maintain documentation build processes
• You will independently manage projects

You should have

• Minimum BA degree in a related field (i.e English, Communications) or Computer Science or related field
• Minimum 3+ years working experience in a related field
• Issue tracking software (especially JIRA)
• Knowledge of Authoring software (especially, Oxygen XML Editor)
• Screen capture software (especially, Snagit), and the appropriate use of screenshots
• Topic-based writing experience
