Dynamics CE Architect Architect – IT Johannesburg – Gauteng
Participate in the creation and delivery of technical solutions to clients by engaging with them during the planning and solution definition phase and defining the standards of work (SoW).
Provide user support and assist with troubleshooting and design, configuration, and escalated problem management.
Work closely with vendors to understand their strategies for solutions and services, can articulate the roadmap, and associated impacts for clients.
Participate in the development of technical training and training programs.
Required (not-negotiable):
Grade 12 Senior Certificate (Matric)
A relevant computer science or information science qualification.
Leading SAFe knowledge and experience
Must have a good grasp of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Applications and Power Platform
