Earth Moving Product Application Consultant at Caterpillar Inc.

What you will do:

• Provide product application expertise at point of sale, or by delivering various types of product trainings, including applied technology, job efficiency, and safety to customers, dealers, and internal sales personnel.
• Conduct product performance studies, assess customer job sites efficiency, collecting product and customer requirements in order to create input for product improvements and new product development programs.
• Manage the marketing of technology tools/systems and work with key stakeholders to develop a product roadmap to drive business growth.

• Customer focus – Extensive experience: Supports creation of products and services to resolve customer business issues. Fosters strong customer relationships via delivery on commitments, on-going feedback/improvement and open communication with the ability to constructively engage diverse audience.

Degree and experience requirements:

• Completed Degree in engineering, or similar field of study.
• 8 years of progressive industry experience, with a good technical understanding of capital equipment (Earthmoving Industry)
• Fluency in English is critical, and French is a plus.
