    eBusiness Digital Specailist

    Position Summary
    Digital initiatives (encompassing all web and social activities) by providing solutions, standards, guidance and knowledge transfer. Proactively advise on digital topics and generate pull from the industry for digital initiatives and also to use the digital services and assets provided by Digital Services Unit. NDG: tracking on Registration, machines sold. All Brands in category: Social media industry and global benchmarks in place to track performance. Social listening and ongoing competitor analysis

    Digital Execution

    • To Localize Baby & Me content assets by end Q3 – i.e. Nutrition Program 2.0.
    • To keep track of category & eBusiness campaigns across digital platforms (including eCommerce) – management of the activity grids
    • To do an in-depth, Digital Analytics Report on all our digital assets (including Social Listening, Competitor and eCommerce activity) – monthly.
    • To ensure that all Technical Errors experienced across all NN websites (Baby & Me, NIDO & HCP) are fixed – using Nestlé Approved Tools.
    • To ensure that all branded & non branded content that is approved is Published and Search Optimized by local agency.
    • To work closely with the Data Analyst to keep track of data collection and segmentation plan (in a compliant way)
    • To monitor Audience Adoption across Baby & Me, Nestle Nutrition Online and NIDO websites to leverage retargeting opportunities – using Nestlé Approved Tools, as well as working closely with technical website agency and media agency

    What Will Make You Successful

    • Matric
    • A Degree in Sales and Marketing / Commercial Degree with 3 years or more experience within FMCG
    • Ideal candidate should have experience in both Solid digital & social marketing expertise
    • Proven track record in delivering digital marketing projects
    • Good Internet & social platforms technical and functional knowledge
    • Experience in managing signals to interpretate and react (real time analysis of trends and data, filtering, listening, adaptive – shorter lead times based on dynamic environmental changes)

    Project management skills

    • Strong relationship management abilities
    • Basic knowledge of BBNW
