    Employee Benefits Consultant

    • Lexdan Select is assisting a Financial Services company with their search for an Employee Benefits Consultant, based in Sandton, Gauteng.

    Functions:

    • Responsible for analyzing retirement funds and risk benefits.
    • Ensure that benefits offered are best suited to each industry and are client specific.
    • Offer comparative quoting and market research when designing benefit structures.
    • Review group risk benefits annually.
    • Create presentations for prospective clients, fund trustees, employers and members of retirement funds.

    Requirements:

    • RE5
    • An NQF 5 financial planning qualification.
    • Class of business certificate in retirement.
    • A minimum of 5 years experience in EB consulting.
