MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB

• To develop and lead the strategy for employee experience by creating personalised authentic and memorable employee value experiences that drive engagement and passion to strengthen individual, team and company performance.Manage the EAP and Wellness programmes of the Bank

MINIMUM EDUCATION

• BA Human or Social Science
• Registration with HPCSA or SACSSP

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE

• 10 years’ experience in Human Resources with experience in employee engagement, culture, employee value proposition and ‘Best company to work for’ or ‘Top employer’ experience.
• Registration to provide short term brief therapy as per HPCSA or SACSSP guidelines
