3-year relevant post matric qualification (preference will be given to relations and labour law as subjects) and 2 years Relevant administrative experience within people management / labour relations environment, Valid Driver’s License.
Knowledge:
People Management (HR) and Employee Relations. Departmental Policies and procedures. Employee Relations and Public Service Legislation and procedures Relevant experience in investigative processes in relation to misconduct cases; disputes and grievances. Ability to represent the employer in misconduct cases; disputes and grievances as required. Understanding of the bargaining structures within the Education Sector and Public Sector.
