This role is crucial for overseeing and enhancing the induction process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company culture and operations.
The Senior Executive will be responsible for developing comprehensive onboarding programs, facilitating training sessions, and collaborating with various departments to align the induction experience with organizational values.
This position also involves gathering feedback to continuously improve the process and foster a welcoming environment that promotes employee engagement and retention.
Responsibilities:
Leading the Onboarding process for new joiners include coordinating, conducting induction, joining formalities.
Internal communications drafting and sending.
HR Data and reports maintain accurate and up-to-date employee related data.
Provide data on adhoc basis as and when required administrative activities issuing letters / certificates to employees when required
Responding to employee verification requests.
Ensure new joiner file compliance and integrity
Should be open and flexible to take additional responsibility
Interact positively and productively with all levels of employees
Must maintain a positive, professional demeanor at all times
Competencies Required:
Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey information clearly and effectively
Time management and presentation skills
Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Excellent planning and organizational abilities to coordinate induction programs and activities

Qualifications
A minimum of 12 months experience in training/ facilitation or onboarding.
