End User Support Administrator
- Job Type Full Time
- Qualification Higher National Certificate , National Certificate (NCV)
- Experience 3 years
- Location KwaZulu-Natal
- Job Field ICT / Computer
Key Responsibility Areas
- Administers all user queries and fault escalations calls.
- Diagnoses and solves problems remotely and ensure that service delivery is not hampered by the delays in resolving queries.
- Provides Information Technology hardware and software support.
- Produces and distributes statistical data.
- Maintains change control and schedule all implementations and ensure that adequate support and time is available.
- Performs quality checks of all queries logged and close the logged query on the system when it is resolved.
Essential Requirements
- Diploma (NQF Level 6) in the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) field.
- Valid motor vehicle driving license.
- 2 Years relevant experience.
Preferred Requirements
- 3 Years relevant experience.
